I built My Bag Claim to help more travelers prepare a clear baggage claim. I am accountable for the preparation software and product support, while travelers stay in control of submitting their claims.
Accountability here means publishing the boundaries of the service, making it clear what the software checks, and helping customers use the product. You remain responsible for reviewing and submitting your claim.
Who is responsible for what
My Bag Claim
Provide software-assisted preparation, completeness and consistency checks, an evidence checklist and product support. Human claim review, filing and representation are not included.
The airline
Acknowledge, investigate, decide, and pay or deny the claim. My Bag Claim cannot control the airline's decision or response time.
