I built My Bag Claim to make baggage-claim requirements, evidence, and service status easier for travelers to understand. I am accountable for the product and the human-review process behind each paid claim.
Accountability here means publishing the boundaries of the service, keeping a human approval point before dispatch, and correcting the record when the product cannot verify a route or airline acknowledgement.
