My Bag Claim provides AI-powered tools to help travelers file airline baggage claims. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We offer three service tiers:

  • Free: Deadline tracking, rights education, and airline database access.
  • Templates ($19 one-time): Professional legal document generation including demand letters, DOT complaints, and appeal letters.
  • Auto-File ($29 one-time): Everything in Templates plus claim submission to the airline on your behalf.

3. Disclaimer — Not Legal Advice

My Bag Claim is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our templates and educational content are based on publicly available regulations including the Montreal Convention and 14 CFR Part 254. The documents we generate are templates for informational purposes. For complex legal situations, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney.

4. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are one-time payments processed by Stripe.
  • Prices are in US Dollars.
  • Access to paid features is granted immediately upon successful payment.
  • Each payment covers one claim. To file additional claims, a new purchase is required.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

If you use a paid plan and do not recover at least the cost of your plan from the airline, we will refund your payment. To request a refund, email support@mybagclaim.com with proof of your claim outcome within 90 days of purchase.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in your claims.
  • You agree not to use the service for fraudulent claims.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

My Bag Claim is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for claim outcomes, airline responses, or the accuracy of deadline calculations. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code on My Bag Claim are owned by us. Documents generated using our templates are yours to use for their intended purpose (filing claims with airlines).

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent claims, or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
